Friendly service and such a welcoming, easy atmosphere. The menu has all the familiar breakfast favorites, but also some flavorful options inspired by Mexican cuisine, which makes it feel a little more interesting than your typical pancake house. I ordered the Caprese avocado toast. It usually comes with poached eggs, but they kindly swapped in scrambled eggs for me without hesitation. The combination of creamy avocado, fresh tomato, mozzarella, basil, and soft scrambled eggs was so good. I've honestly never had those flavors together like that, and it completely surprised me in the best way. If you're looking for a relaxed, casual breakfast spot in Plano with both comfort food and something a little different, it's definitely worth a visit.
